Pavasario festivalis 2022 invites you to burst the bubbles in the environment

Pavasario festivalis is an event organized by the Student Representation of Vytautas Magnus University for the 21st time, dedicated not only to Vytautas Magnus University, but also to the entire Kaunas city community. The motto of this year’s festival, “Let’s Burst the Bubbles!” Therefore, on May 11 and 13, the organizers invite you to develop critical thinking, get acquainted with different opinions and nurture your distinctions.

There will be a variety of activities during the Pavasario festivalis. Wednesday, 6 p.m. 30 minutes, in the Vienybės aiksteje, visitors will have an event “Laisve Sielai Dauzo”, which promotes freedom of expression and the development of tolerance and understanding towards other people. Also during his time, from 7 p.m. There will be a discussion about the faith and LGBTQ + with the actress Elžbieta Latėnaitė, who does not hide her bisexuality and would like as many Lithuanian people as possible to be and be proud of it and the Franciscan St. Minister of the Casimir Province Evaldas Darulis.

On the main day of the festival, Friday, all those who wish are invited to take part in an escape room organized by the LSU Student’s Representatives Council, where participants will develop their critical thinking and quick decision-making. There will also be a discussion on another mythical topic: politics. The former mayor of Kaunas district municipality, member of the Seimas, Minister of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania Donatas Jankauskas and Marius Matijošaitis are the youngest member of this Seimas, a political scientist, an individual floating rumors. The discussion will take place at 5 p.m. in the restaurant “Lamiija” Laisvės al. 50.

The festival will also be crowned with the myth that Friday the 13th is a failed day to spread, a free closing concert in Vienybės aikštėje. The group Begėdžiai, Free Finga and Saulės Kliošas trio will create a good mood in it. The concert will start at 7pm, everyone is welcome!
